Delivery & Returns


If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly give you a refund. The buyer will be responsible for return postage costs. For food products, the plastic seal around the cap of the jar must be intact and the cap unopened and the pouch sealed and unopened.

Reimbursement (excluding postage fees) will be made via Paypal within seven working days of receiving the unopened and undamaged goods. A delivery postage & packaging fee will apply once per order depending on the cost of delivering the original order to you. This may range from £3 to £10.
